How this page stays honest
Every figure comes from public listings, re-verified monthly, and each ranking is computed — not curated. When a community's number changes, the leaderboard reorders itself. Offers vary by unit, move-in date, and lease length; always confirm with the leasing office and get the special quoted in writing before you apply.
