Every 3-bedroom we track in the Aledo ISD pocket
Three-bedroom searches out here are really school-district searches — and the options span three completely different products at three price points. Here's all of them, run through the same net-effective math so the comparison is honest.
The 3-bedroom board
| Community | Product | 3BR from | Special | Net-effective* | District |
|---|
*Computed on each community's advertised 3-bedroom starting rent with its current headline concession and typical lease length — your unit's exact offer will differ; run your own numbers.
How to think about the spread
The apartment 3BR (Olympus, ~$2,165) is the value play: newest-lease-up pricing with the deepest concession, but no garage, no yard, shared walls.
The townhome (Willow Crossing, from ~$2,129) is the sleeper — the lowest 3BR base rent on the board and it adds a two-car garage, a gate, and confirmed Aledo ISD. The catch is the fine print: the 8 weeks free is "while supplies last," so confirm the free weeks attach to your unit.
The house (Canvas, ~$2,320–2,349) buys a yard, no shared walls, and confirmed Aledo ISD — with promotional rates that appear tied to 14+ month leases. At that payment, though, you're deep in own-it territory: run the rent-vs-buy math before signing a long term.
The wider rental-house market beyond these communities — including houses that never hit big listing sites — is covered in Aledo ISD rental houses.
