Home / Where Should I Live?

7 QUESTIONS · TRANSPARENT FIT MODEL

Where should you live on the west side?

Tell us what actually drives the decision — budget, schools, commute, home type and the things you want outside the front door. We rank the communities we track and show you why each one fits.

This is a decision aid, not steering or a substitute for verifying an address. School boundaries, taxes, commute times and inventory can change. We score only the preferences you choose.

1. What's your target purchase price?

2. Is a particular school district part of your search?

3. Where does the daily commute point?

4. What's the longest one-way commute you'd accept?

5. What kind of house are you leaning toward?

6. Pick up to three lifestyle priorities.

7. How soon are you moving?

How the ranking works

Budget and hard constraints carry the most weight. Then the engine scores commute fit, home type, and only the lifestyle priorities you selected. A community can still appear with a lower score when it misses a preference so you can see the trade-off rather than getting a black-box answer.

Use the results as a shortlist. Then verify the exact property — particularly school attendance zones, tax entities, HOA/PID assessments and drive time at your actual commute hour.
