La Cantera at Team Ranch is the gated community holding the Benbrook-addressed (76126) stretch of the Team Ranch corridor — a staffed entrance, custom and semi-custom homes, and the same ridge topography that defines this pocket family. It rounds out the estate ridge with Montserrat and Montrachet: three gates within a couple of miles, each a different vintage and price posture, which is precisely why they should be toured as a set. La Cantera's niche has generally been the (relatively) accessible entry to the ridge — still firmly luxury money, with the gate and the views, below the newest-construction ceiling next door.
